We began last fall creating a vision for Portsmouth in 2025. This spring, we focused a second dialogue on Portsmouth’s vibrant West End neighborhood. Now our input has been included in a draft Master Plan. The city would like to present this draft to Portsmouth Listens participants and get our input. We are proposing to deliberate in small groups for two nights to develop feedback. The first night will establish some initial ideas regarding what we like, what we see needs improvement and what might be missing. The second night, we will share our priorities for the Master Plan.
